Filing
As a Trusted Third Party, EREGEX files the content of each document passing through its platform, with all the information concerning its traceability. In addition, for a traditional postal transmission, the container is certified whereas, with EREGEX, the container and the content of the documents are certified.
All the filed data is available instantly for checking purposes and EREGEX agrees to restore entirely to the specifier or to his assigns, at the end of the contract, or in the event of stoppage of activity by them, the electronic files without preserving a copy of them.
- Filing with convincing value
The electronic original of the documents passing through the EREGEX platform are preserved in a Communicating Electronic Safe (CFEC).
CFEC is capable of finding information files of all types as subsequent proof.
This electronic filing by the sealing of the data operates in the ASP (Application Service Provider) mode and incorporates shared secure access, electronic signature, the personal data dimension and electronic consigning.
In this way, EREGEX creates at a distance what could be referred to as the “origination” of the transaction by the electronic filing of the transaction in read only mode so as to deliver on request only conforming specimens or copies to the qualified people. Backups are carried out every day towards geographically remote filing sites.
- On-line consulting
Conforming copies are made available to qualified persons for display or downloading to EREGEX secure file server for one year or more if requested. This procedure guarantees the identical distribution of information between the parties involved in a transaction. It is a way of avoiding risks of alteration or fraud that could occur concerning the reproduction of the documents.
- Sequestration
In parallel to the process of filing documents having value as proof, EREGEX seals and files automatically any elements of proof, that will be preserved with a legal bailiff. In case of dispute, this data cannot be extracted unless expressly requested by a judge and will only be opened in the presence of a legal bailiff. The latter will then produce a certified copy conforming to the document thus certifying the elements of proof specific to each transmission (content, date of issue, identity of parties, etc).
